Group Solum- the management company behind LaSalle Agri, Bacres Grain Transportation, Dabuurma Farms, Agro X and more, is hiring a Marketing Administrator to support our growing marketing department. This entry level position is ideal for someone organized, dependable, and creative who enjoys both administrative and hands on marketing work. You will help execute day to day marketing operations including campaign tracking, content creation, vendor coordination, and event support across multiple agricultural brands. This position is based out of Watford, ON. The successful candidate will be required to work on site. Key Responsibilities Track marketing budgets, invoices, and expenses Review public reputation and identify weak points in marketing performance Assist with content creation, newsletters, and micro blogs Support filming sessions and photo shoots with team members and clients Review marketing emails and newsletters for clarity and accuracy Coordinate vendors, vinyl signage, and clothing drops Assist mail out campaigns and maintain marketing inventory Attend marketing meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items Help organize events, trade shows, and promotional activities Participate in marketing courses and occasional sales ride alongs Who You Are Reliable, organized, and detail focused Comfortable balancing structure and creativity in a fast-paced setting Strong communicator with a team first mindset Eager to learn and grow within a professional marketing environment Requirements Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Highly comfortable with computers and learning new software Comfortable with using AI to assist with work Must live within 50 kilometers of Watford, Ontario and work on site full time Photo & Video Editing experience is a plus Job Type Full-time Dental care Extended health care On-site parking RRSP match Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing and Sales Business Consulting and Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
