Equal parts craftsperson and organizer, you can deliver compelling creative while shaping the systems that make it scalable. You thrive at the intersection of storytelling, design and technology, and you’re eager to explore how AI transforms creative output. Reporting to the Head of Brand & Communications, you’ll guide the design expression of PartnerStack’s brand across digital channels and campaigns. You’ll help evolve our design system, contribute to integrated campaigns, and partner closely with Content, Product, Customer Marketing, and Demand Generation to deliver creative that drives measurable business outcomes. You’ll ensure our brand shows up consistently, beautifully, and persuasively across every touchpoint. What you’ll do Evolve and maintain PartnerStack’s visual identity and design system, ensuring consistency across teams Lead the design execution for campaigns, ads, web, social, and events that support awareness, conversion, and pipeline growth Help improve creative workflows and processes for asset intake, prioritization, and delivery Partner closely with Content Marketing to transform narratives into compelling visual storytelling Collaborate with Demand Gen and Product Marketing to elevate campaign performance with strong creative execution Experiment with AI‑powered creative workflows to increase speed, quality, and innovation Support and mentor a small team of designers and contractors, fostering a culture of craft, curiosity, and accountability Track and share creative performance learnings to inform future iterations You're a great candidate if you have... 5+ years of design/creative leadership experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech Strong portfolio showcasing your storytelling across brand, campaign, and digital design work with measurable results High standards for production value, ensuring creative output is polished, consistent, and impactful Proven ability to collaborate with marketing stakeholders to deliver creative that supports pipeline growth Curiosity and comfort with AI‑driven creative tools and workflows, with a willingness to experiment and operationalize Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Webflow, with the ability to contribute hands‑on work Strong balance of vision and execution, while able to think conceptually and roll up sleeves when needed Experience managing or guiding creative contractors or small teams is a plus Knowledge of partnership/affiliate ecosystems is a nice‑to‑have Why you’ll love working here PartnerStack is a fast‑growing startup revolutionizing how SaaS companies go to market and scale revenue with partnerships.
