The Opportunity We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our Canadian sales team, with a focus on Quebec City, Quebec, and surrounding key markets. This field-based role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market development, and long-term client relationships within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed territory sales targets across Hugel’s aesthetic injectables portfolio. Develop and execute a business plan tailored to the Quebec territory, including Quebec City and nearby key cities. Effectively manage the sales cycle, including upselling, cross-selling, and driving product adoption. Analyze regional market data and trends to inform go‑to‑market strategies. Account & Client Management Cultivate strong, strategic relationships with key accounts, physicians, clinics, and KOLs across the Quebec region. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring top‑tier support and satisfaction. Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs, track performance, and enhance loyalty. Negotiate contracts that align with company goals and maximize customer value. Territory & Operational Excellence Profile and segment the Quebec territory to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends. Develop detailed account plans and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities. Manage routing and scheduling to optimize account coverage and customer interaction. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activity, territory expenses, and market feedback. Customer Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and product/service issues. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Medical Affairs) to deliver seamless customer experiences. Participate in account events, workshops, and industry networking to build brand awareness and loyalty. What You Bring Education Bachelor's degree (required); additional training in healthcare or aesthetics is an asset. Experience 2–5 years of B2B medical sales (required), ideally in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or plastic surgery. Experience with chain/buying group accounts and/or CSO channel is highly desirable. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering client satisfaction. Skills A highly collaborative professional with excellent interpersonal skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Bilingual (French and English) capabilities are strongly preferred. Strategic thinker with a proactive and problem‑solving mindset. Organized, self‑motivated, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment. Other Ability to travel regularly within Quebec, including Quebec City and nearby markets. Valid driver's license. Profil recherché Formation Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (obligatoire) ; une formation supplémentaire en santé ou en esthétique constitue un atout. Expérience 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en vente B2B dans les secteurs de la médecine esthétique, dermatologie ou chirurgie plastique (exigé). Expérience avec les comptes en chaîne/groupes d’achat ou en CSO fortement souhaitée. Historique démontré d’atteinte ou de dépassement des objectifs de vente et de satisfaction client. Compétences Professionnel(le) collaboratif(ve) avec d’excellentes compétences interpersonnelles. Excellentes aptitudes en communication, presentation et negotiation. Bilinguisme français/anglais fortement préféré. Esprit stratégique, proactif(ve) et orienté(e) vers la résolution de problèmes. Autonome, organisé(e) et capable de s’adapter à un environnement dynamique.
