li>Meets established service levels agreements for in-store services and order fulfillment.Provide exceptional omni-channel experience by offering in-store eCommerce sales and fulfilling eCommerce orders within defined service levels.Operations
  1. Demonstrates and follows up on execution of visual compliance standards, store maintenance and pricing standards.
  2. Leads the implementation and execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  3. Responsible to deliver annual corporate shrink targets through team education, enforcement of LP and audit standards and rigid inventory control.
  4. Follows and ensures compliance of all corporate LP, Cash and Audit, and OH&S policies and procedures.
  5. Ensures processes and systems are followed for the execution of tech shop service programs, including maintenance and compliance standards.
  6. Creates efficient store weekly scheduling for both sales and support functions.
Training
  1. Provide continuous feedback and coaching to Management & team members based on key metrics and observed behaviours through Huddles, one on ones, and performance management coaching programs.
  2. Create development plans and conducts annual appraisals for management team and direct reports.
  3. Develops and leads recruiting and hiring strategy for store, maintains a complete team.
Leadership
  1. Acts as a brand ambassador, promoting our stores, brands, and people internally and externally.
  2. Continually motivates team and performance through recognition programs, store contests, customer compliments, etc.
  3. Maintain SportChek performance management expectations (feedback/coaching); li>
What You Bring
  1. Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop department team and store team, through setting expectations, communication, coaching, feedback, and ongoing support.
  2. Results driven with the ability to build and manage a daily, weekly game plans for the department and store.
  3. Superior training and mentoring skills.
  4. 3-5 years retail management experience required.
  5. Basic computer skills required.
