US Qualified Consultant Lawyer – NDA Specialist (Remote) We are looking for an experienced Lawyer to join Avantia on a consultancy basis to spearhead the negotiation of investment-related NDAs, joinder agreements, engagement letters, and non‑reliance letters. You will manage every phase of the contract process—from initial review and negotiation, guided by client playbooks, all the way through to document execution.
