- As the Benefits Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Analysts, Account Executives and Consulting Team in managing client accounts. Our approach is warm and our relationships are everything with these client groups.
- Collaborate with service providers for the collection, analysis and interpretation of life, disability and health care data.
- Develop awareness of life, disability and health care plan design, cost factors and help prepare team members for the renewal process.
- Coordinate with Gallagher ServiceCentre (GSC) in support of project deliverables.
- Analyze claims and utilization data and look for trends and patterns.
- Prepare benefits marketing material and compile data and results from insurer proposals; li>
- Liaise with service providers to ensure adherence to project deliverables.
About you
Required: Bachelors degree and 3 years related experience required.
