Enterprise Architect Join to apply for the Enterprise Architect role at Affinity On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is looking for an Enterprise Architect who will lead the design, assessment, and implementation of enterprise-grade digital health platforms, with a focus on referral management, surgical intake workflows, and interoperability. Leveraging over a decade of experience in enterprise architecture and digital transformation, they will evaluate and integrate clinical systems to ensure alignment with care delivery models, privacy regulations (e.g., PIPEDA, FIPPA), and interoperability standards such as HL7 FHIR R4/R5 and SMART on FHIR. Core responsibilities include conducting technical assessments, designing future-state architectures, and developing integration strategies with EMR/EHR platforms to support seamless data exchange and workflow optimization. Responsibilities Provide strategic oversight across multidisciplinary teams, guiding the development of secure, scalable, and compliant solutions. Lead joint design sessions and produce architecture deliverables such as logical integration diagrams and patient journey maps. Contribute to data governance and analytics platforms. Qualifications Preference given to candidates with experience or knowledge of the Nova Scotia Health’s and/or Canadian healthcare systems.
