The future of cybersecurity starts with you.About The RoleAs a Senior Manager of Global System Integrator (GSI) Marketing at CrowdStrike, you will lead the strategy and execution of our marketing initiatives with strategic GSI partners across three regions. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective partner marketing programs that drive measurable business results for CrowdStrike and our priority GSI partners. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Alliance Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that scale across our key GSI partnerships. This role demands strong strategic thinking, leadership presence, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute joint marketing strategies with priority GSIs to drive demand, pipeline, and revenueBuild and implement joint account‑based marketing (ABM) programs with partners targeting high‑value mutual prospects and customersAlign marketing initiatives to global GSI partner business plans, sales priorities, and corporate objectivesDevelop and execute co‑marketing campaigns that drive new business and expand existing accounts, including creating thought‑leadership content, organizing CXO programs, and implementing other strategic marketing initiativesPartner with field marketing teams to activate GSI campaigns globallyManage MDF/co‑investment planning for GSI partners, ensuring ROI and complianceCreate scalable demand generation frameworks tailored to the unique needs of GSI partnersServe as the primary marketing representative for key GSI relationships, representing CrowdStrike at planning sessions and business reviewsDrive cross‑functional alignment between business development, alliance leadership, field marketing, and other teams to ensure cohesive executionExecution & MeasurementCollaborate with alliance teams, partner marketing, and product marketing teams to ensure execution and alignment of GSI initiativesAct as a trusted advisor to GSI partner counterparts, building joint GTM relationshipsProvide executive‑level reporting and updates on program impact, ROI, pipeline, and contributionDefine and track KPIs specific to GSI partnerships, including pipeline creation, influenced revenue, marketing‑sourced leads, and partner engagementDevelop comprehensive GTM marketing plans that align with revenue goals and GSI partner business objectivesMeasure and optimize joint ABM program effectiveness across target accountsWhat You’ll Need12+ years of marketing experience with 5+ years specifically leading GSI partner marketing programsProven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies with GSIs that delivered measurable pipeline and revenue impactExperience designing and implementing successful ABM programs in partnership with system integratorsDeep understanding of the GSI business model and go‑to‑market approachExperience working with strategic GSIs or solution providers, preferably in a SaaS or cybersecurity environmentStrong leadership presence with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functionsStrategic mindset coupled with the ability to translate strategy into tactical executionData‑driven approach to program development, measurement, and optimizationExperience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROIImpact & InfluenceOwnership of GSI marketing programs affecting a significant portion of CrowdStrike’s partner‑influenced pipelineBudget responsibility for marketing investments across global GSI programsRegular interaction with CrowdStrike leadership and senior counterparts at GSI organizationsAbility to shape CrowdStrike’s approach to GSI marketing and go‑to‑market strategiesBenefits Of Working At CrowdStrikeRemote‑friendly and flexible work cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsComprehensive physical and mental wellness programsCompetitive vacation and holidays for rechargePaid parental and adoption leavesProfessional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or roleEmployee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connectionsVibrant office culture with world‑class amenitiesGreat Place to Work Certified™ across the globeCrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
