Our Team and What We’ll Accomplish Together The Revenue Operations, Pricing & Financial Planning team at TELUS Health is a dynamic, results‑driven, and highly collaborative group. We are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations, Targeting & Financial Planning Analyst who will report to the Manager, Revenue Operations & Sales Targeting, and play a pivotal role in supporting both revenue growth and financial planning initiatives. You’ll partner across sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize revenue processes, improve forecast accuracy, and ensure our financial plans and sales strategies are tightly aligned with organizational goals. What You’ll Do Create and manage accurate sales forecasts in collaboration with sales teams, tracking pipeline activity, conversion rates, and deal progress Analyze historical trends and market indicators to refine forecasts and provide actionable insights to senior leadership Maintain CRM data integrity to ensure reliability of sales and financial projections Partner with Finance to build revenue and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment between sales targets, bookings, and company P&L objectives Support annual and quarterly planning cycles, contributing to budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling Evaluate pipeline health and conversion metrics to guide revenue projections and identify risk areas in achieving financial targets Revenue Metrics & Reporting Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor revenue performance and financial outcomes Deliver timely insights on revenue trends, sales efficiency, and profitability metrics to inform strategic decision‑making Collaborate with Finance to reconcile revenue projections with actuals and enhance forecasting accuracy Revenue Process Optimization Refine and document revenue‑related processes to strengthen forecasting accuracy, financial visibility, and operational alignment Ensure consistency across Sales, Finance, and Marketing systems to enable transparent and data‑driven planning Sales Targeting and Performance: Contribute to the annual sales target‑setting process, integrating financial goals, regional growth plans, and account performance Provide data‑driven insights to optimize territory performance and align targets with overall revenue and financial plans Support alignment of sales compensation structures with company revenue and profitability objectives Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, and Strategy teams to align revenue forecasts, budgets, and business plans Support the development of financial and operational KPIs to drive accountability and transparency across the business Qualifications What You Bring Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Experience in revenue forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis Advanced proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Understanding of sales operations, pipeline management, and SaaS revenue models Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Required Education & Designations CPA designation (Chartered Professional Accountant) MBA in Finance or equivalent advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline Great‑to‑Haves Experience in revenue operations, FP&A, or business planning roles within healthcare or B2B SaaS industries Familiarity with AI and automation tools in revenue and financial forecasting Strong process mindset with ability to streamline complex workflows What We Give Back to You Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on TELUS Health’s growth and financial success Flexible work arrangements that support work‑life balance Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package Professional development and career growth opportunities A workplace that lives our values: putting customers first, embracing change, and growing together through teamwork Join TELUS Health and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare while advancing your career in a dynamic, innovative environment By applying to this role, you understand and agree that your information will be shared with the TELUS Group of Companies’ Talent Acquisition team(s) and/or any leader(s) who will be part of the selection process. Salary Range: $99,000-$149,000 Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15% Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location.
