We’re looking for a smart, curious and collaborative communicator to join our Strategic Communications team at Enterprise Canada.As a Consultant, you’ll support a wide range of projects across sectors, helping shape public narratives, build reputations, manage issues, and deliver high-impact work for some of Canada’s most well-known brands, organizations and public institutions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented team player who brings strong writing, organizational and creative thinking skills.You’ll work closely with senior leaders, project leads and peers across the agency on everything from media relations and stakeholder engagement to content creation and event planning. You’ll also play a key role in keeping projects moving – helping coordinate deliverables, manage timelines, conducting research and support internal team operations.Location: Toronto or HamiltonIn-office requirements: HybridExperience: 2-3+ yearsWhat You’ll Do:Contribute to day-to-day file management and support client teams across a range of accountsDraft communications materials including key messages, backgrounders, stakeholder emails, briefing notes, Q&As, etc.Support project management: coordinate meetings, track deliverables, update internal trackers, and follow up on tasksConduct media and social media monitoring and create client-ready coverage reportsAssist in planning and execution of events, launches, stakeholder meetings and press conferencesConduct research to inform strategies, engagement plans and audience mappingCollaborate with our in-house creative team to develop and deliver polished, on-brand materialsHelp shape internal planning tools, resources and best practices for the Strategic Communications teamWhat You Bring:2–3 years of experience in communications, public affairs, PR or a related fieldStrong writing and editing skills across formatsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent organizational and time-management skillsA team mindset – ready to jump in, lend a hand and learn from those around youA keen interest in the media and political landscape in CanadaPost-secondary education in communications, journalism, public relations or a related fieldAgency experience is a strong assetWhy Work at Enterprise CanadaJoin one of Canada’s top national strategic communications and public affairs firmsCollaborate with some of the country’s most experienced communicatorsWork with high-profile clients across a wide range of sectorsCompetitive compensation, benefits and a hybrid work environmentWork from open-concept offices in downtown Hamilton and TorontoFun, tight-knit team culture with meaningful work and room to growTo apply, please send your cover letter and resume to careers@enterprisecanada.com with the subject line: Consultant, Strategic Communications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
