Band 5 Staff Nurse - Digestives Diseases unit As a Staff Nurse, you will play an essential role in delivering safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care to patients throughout their surgical journey. You will assess, plan, and evaluate care, support patients with stomas, manage enteral and parenteral feeding, and provide expert post‑operative care, including epidural and PCA management. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a highly specialised surgical setting, supporting patients undergoing complex gastro‑intestinal and colorectal procedures. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will take responsibility for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, ensuring patient safety, dignity, and comfort at all times. You will manage your own caseload as a named nurse, maintain accurate clinical records, and promote safe, effective practice in line with The London Clinic's values and professional standards.
