Senior Manager – SAP EWM Hybrid: 3 days in Toronto, 2 days remote Permanent: CA$170,000 – CA$190,000 per year Insight Global is looking for a Senior Manager – SAP EWM to join one of our lead consulting clients in their Enterprise Applications team. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to realize leadership potential. The individual will leading SAP projects while driving business development and sales pursuits in the SAP EWM / Logistics space. Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day operations of EWM / Logistics teams for SAP projects. Support business development and sales pursuits within the SAP EWM / Logistics domain. Develop methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, and thought leadership to accelerate growth. Serve as an EWM / Logistics SME for the broader SAP practice as needed. Mentor and invest in team members on and off projects to expand expertise and capabilities. Must haves Experience leading multiple full‑cycle SAP EWM implementations as an EWM Lead (consulting‑side). Minimum of 10 years in SAP EWM, covering at least 2 full‑cycle projects as an EWM lead. Strong written and verbal client‑facing communication and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with clients daily. Experience architecting SAP warehouse management solutions, running high‑level and solution design workshops, and executing hands‑on build and test of the solution. Managing large EWM / Logistics teams, including detailed planning of design, build and test work, effort and timeline estimation, day‑to‑day management, and reporting on progress. Proficient (hands‑on) in all areas of EWM: outbound, inbound, and internal warehouse processes, SAP TM, Advanced Production‑Integration, integration with SD and MM modules, warehouse structure (Storage Types, Activity Areas, etc.), and S4 plant configuration. Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and foster an innovative and inclusive work environment. Experience with proposal writing and delivering oral presentations; willing to travel 30‑40% of the time. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, commerce, computer science, engineering, business, supply chain, or related major. Plusses SAP EWM certification (highly preferred).
