This is a remote work opportunity.ResponsibilitiesProspect and up-sell to clients on all lines of business sold.Work and life balance with flexibility to create your own schedule to meet and exceed sales targets.Consistently generate quality new business by networking and building Centers of Influence to ensure a consistent stream of referral business.Promote retention by building strong relationships and providing quality advice to prospects and customers for long term sustainable growth.Navigate multiple insurance partner online portals to complete customer applications.Meet and exceed sales and retention targets.Collaborate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met.Liaise between client and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties.Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses.The value you bring – QualificationsGeneral Level 2 insurance license and Commercial Insurance ExperienceFrench/English BilingualA passion to help people protect what is most valuable to them.A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with unlimited earning potential through a mix of fixed and variable compensationYou are a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customers.The ability to communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and through emailStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversityHours: Full-Time, Permanent - 37.5 hours / weekLocation: Remote/Hybrid between Tracadie and Moncton, NBCompensation: This is a fully commissioned role with a guaranteed income componentRequisition #: 82237At Western, we prioritize the well-being of our employees and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment that values diversity within our communities.
