Interested in a career in corrections? p>We are seeking a mature and reliable person who is interested in working in the corrections field. Fluent in both official languages is preferred along with required educational completion either a University Degree or College certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years in the human services field.This is a Guaranteed Casual position, the shifts are set at every second weekend, overnights.Please do not apply if you are not able to work overnight shifts. The guaranteed shifts for every second weekend are Friday 10pm-8am, Saturday/Sunday 8pm to 8am for a total of 34 hours in a two week pay period. We also offer other shifts that can vary as they become available.Assist offenders in pre-release and release planning Liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involved with clients Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST)
