To do that we need a knowledgeable and customer‑oriented Genesis Personalization Manager to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the automotive industry and excel at providing excellent customer service. What you’ll be doing As the Genesis Personalization Manager you play a crucial role in providing our guests with financing solutions and insurance products that meet their needs. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to finalizing financial agreements, focusing on delivering an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities Ensuring all required documentation (digital and printed) is complete and accurate. Serving as the in‑house expert for the teams software and applications. Providing analytical/reporting support including lead tracking and conversion, courtesy‑vehicle fleet management and agreements, Genesis at Home paperwork, and keeping the team informed on Genesis incentive program changes. Supporting GXMs and guests directly with explanations and recommendations for Genesis accessories and protection products to personalize each vehicle. Qualifications Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Pay close attention to the small details and understand why they matter to discerning guests. Unfailingly discreet with confidential information. Possess a hospitality and guest‑service mindset, viewing Genesis Experience Managers as internal clients. Work to tight deadlines while remaining calm under stress. Creative problem‑solver with a willingness to go above and beyond and the persistence to see it through. Present yourself as a professional with impeccable personal care. Proficient with software applications like Excel, Salesforce, Dealer Management Systems (DMS), Google Suite, etc. Previous experience and a track record of success in automotive sales, F&I, and/or sales management roles is essential. Post‑secondary education or relevant training/certifications will be considered an asset but are not a requirement. Hold a valid driver’s licence with no demerit points. Hold an OMVIC licence. It would be nice if Familiarity with dealership management software (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds Dealertrack). Certified Automotive Finance Professional (AFIP).
