A dressed-up saloon in a dressed-down cocktail lounge, featuring weathered wood, warm leather, the glow of neon, and the sweet sound of boots on the dance floor. Enjoy bar games, cowboy karaoke, billiards, and a chef-driven menu. Saddle up and settle in — must be whisky-drinking age (18+).Approximate Start Date: December 10th.Our Prep Cooks are the backbone of the kitchen, ensuring everything is ready for service.
