OverviewNeo Financial is seeking a Manager, Product Design to join our Calgary, AB team. You’ll be leading a cross-functional group of designers focused on delivering high-quality, customer-centric digital experiences across Neo’s suite of financial products.As a Manager, Product Design, you'll work closely with product managers, engineers, strategists, and other stakeholders to shape, design, and ship experiences that help Canadians get more from their money. You’ll guide a talented team through the design process—from discovery and definition to delivery and iteration—while creating an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration, and excellence in execution.What You'll Be DoingLead a team of product designers, providing mentorship, feedback, and support in their professional growthOwn day-to-day design delivery and ensure consistent execution across multiple teams or product areasCollaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other Design Leaders to define problems and solutions that create meaningful impactAdvocate for customer needs and ensure user insights are embedded in the design processDrive clear communication and alignment between design and cross-functional teamsHelp improve design operations, tooling, and workflows to enable effective collaboration and scaleContribute to the growth and evolution of our design systemFoster a culture of quality, inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement within the teamWho We Are Looking For2+ years of experience managing and mentoring a team of product designers7+ years of experience in UX or product design, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong craft and problem solvingProven ability to lead design efforts in fast-paced, start-up environmentExcellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsExperience working in complex, cross-functional product environmentsFinancial technology or banking experience is a bonusWorking At NeoThe people who thrive at Neo are resourceful, growth-oriented, and driven to win.
