If you are ready to accelerate your career and make a lasting impact, this is where your journey begins.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the delivery of technology consulting services such as technology strategy and planning, solution selection, program and project leadership, facilitated decision making and other forms of technology consultingParticipate in challenging and often unique engagements with clientsSupport proposal development along with the implementation, administration and completion of client engagementsPerform complex and detailed research, interpretation and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data for the purpose of proposing, planning and implementing recommendationsParticipate in research through the collection, development and analysis of data (through online content, report review, interviews, focus groups, surveys and administrative data)Design, develop, format and proofread professional reports, proposals, presentations and correspondenceDeliver formal presentations and reports for client engagementsCoordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders consistent with project plansDevelop positive working relationships and liaise with clients and colleaguesEnsure delivery of high-quality client service productsDevelop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services and clientele through experiential learning with clientsAttend internal MNP courses to further develop knowledge around performance improvementSome travel may be requiredSkills and ExperiencePossess a bachelor’s degree, ideally in business, marketing, supply chain, computer science, information science or other related fieldDemonstratable experience in project management, business analysis, systems analysis, assessments, records management, system implementation or managed servicesApplicable designation/certifications (e.g. PMP, CBAP, ITIL, TOGAF, Prosci) are considered an assetUnderstanding of digital tools, platforms, and solutions (ERP, CRM, cloud, AI, analytics, RPA, etc.)Understanding of financial concepts (ROI, NPV, etc.)Demonstrated project management and organizational skillsThree (3) to eight (8) years of consulting experience, ideally in a client-service environmentProven track record in developing digital roadmaps and delivering measurable business outcomesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience in business and practice development is considered an assetStrong computer literacy including effective working skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TeamsMyRewards@MNPMore than a paycheque, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards for our team members.
