Job Summary The Hospitality Manager is responsible for managing the day-to‑day operations of a single unit, ensuring that work is completed, staff are scheduled appropriately, costs are controlled, and any issues or complaints are resolved while maintaining high standards of service and safety. Responsibilities Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the unit by delegating work and providing direction to staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. Coordinate scheduling of unit staff to maintain adequate coverage and meet service expectations. Manage costs and stay within the unit budget. Resolve requests, complaints, and concerns of guests and staff. Monitor unit compliance with Quality Assurance and Health & Safety policies, initiating corrective action as required. Manage, coach, and develop unit staff to achieve unit and team goals. At least 3 years of relevant experience in the food service or hospitality industry. Proven experience managing, supervising, coaching, and developing staff. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Basic financial and budgeting skills. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Proven organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
