Benefits Competitive and generous compensation package Enhanced Group Benefits Program, including extended medical, dental, vision, life insurance and more Company‑provided tools and equipment Ongoing development and training, including product and industry knowledge, from experienced leaders and experts Opportunity for career advancement within the group Employee preferred pricing for vehicles, travel, gym memberships, cell phones/plans, and more Responsibilities Diagnose and identify vehicle repairs and/or malfunctions Perform vehicle repair or maintenance efficiently and accurately, based on company and manufacturer guidelines and standards Inspect vehicle engines in operation, conduct road tests and use computerized diagnostics to identify faults Inspect and repair vehicle computer and electronic systems, including upgrades Perform routine maintenance work to ensure vehicle functionality and longevity Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems, including fuel, brakes, steering and suspension, engine, drive train, emission control, cooling, climate control and electrical systems using hand tools and specialized equipment Document all vehicle repair and maintenance performed on the repair order Conduct road tests as required Qualifications 2 to 5 years of proven experience as an Automotive Service Technician (specific brand not required) Post‑secondary school diploma or equivalent experience 310S Mechanic License in good standing Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail, organized and strategic Professionalism and an ability to work independently with minimal supervision Self‑motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution A desire to work in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment Proven commitment to quality of work Company Culture We offer career development and advancement, leadership in the industry, an entrepreneurial and strategic attitude, competitive pay, and a culture of transparency, communication, and engagement.
