Job Description Regional Sales Manager – Eastern Canada Remote, Canadian opportunity; Some travel required (20‑30%). Responsibilities Promote and sell Omni‑tech’s line of products and services through direct customer contact within the geographic territory and accounts. Support distribution, partners, and end users throughout the project lifecycle. Create, manage, and maintain sales pipelines. Create, maintain, and execute business plans for accounts and strategic alliances. Develop and execute marketing plans for accounts, including marketing campaigns, tradeshows, and approved programs. Collaborate with the National Sales Team to execute and complete business plans for accounts. Develop and maintain executive‑level relationships with all accounts. Service and maintain partner programs for accounts. Track sales activities with all channel partner and end‑user opportunities using CRM. Prepare proposals and quotes for prospective customers, provide published prices, and strategize project pricing and registrations. Provide product and sales training to accounts to help them understand product applications. Supervise and manage installations at customer sites and key accounts to ensure proper commissioning and meeting customer expectations. Identify key surveillance market influencers, establish contact, and demonstrate product superiority. Participate in the development of training materials. Create a positive work environment and use team‑building skills with other team members and direct reports. Qualifications 5+ years of quota‑exceeding sales experience selling security solutions. Experience selling B2B solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Extensive customer network.
