Job Overview This role will help drive sales in Ontario, build strong brand visibility for all GVI brands, and deliver exceptional service working with our retail partners. Travel will be required to various Ontario hubs, visiting individual retail locations quarterly. Responsibilities Deliver Territory sales numbers as outlined in the Annual Sales Plan while maintaining forecasted expenses and promotional budgets. Develop and manage the sales territory by creating monthly call plans to maximize sales efficiency, identify growth opportunities, and convert existing stores or open new points of distribution. Provide technical, promotional & sales support to enhance retailer revenue & profitability and maintain strong relationships with retailers. Support Winexpert Retailer network in promoting business and brands through advertising, pricing, merchandising, and promotional campaigns. Maintain sales materials, product knowledge, and participate in all Sales Meetings and conference calls. Manage personal, co‑op, BDF and other expenditures to meet monthly and annual budget; report metrics and market trends. Reporting Relationships Reports to: Director of Sales Direct Reports: None Working Conditions Frequent & extensive overnight travel required. 20% of regular business hours performed at home office. Flexible outside regular business hours. Maintain confidential company sales information. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Meet or exceed annual sales, competitive gains, and new product release targets. Achieve new distribution gains and market share growth within territory. Referral program execution and ARP network growth. Target achievement for all promotional activity. Exceptional customer service, account relationships, and territory management within budget. Skills & Experience University/college diploma in a business‑related discipline or equivalent experience. 3‑5 years of outside sales experience required. Wine/Wine Kits knowledge an asset. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills, both oral & written. Ability to maintain privileged and confidential information.
