Senior Commercial Property Manager Full‑time, on‑site role based in Burnaby, BC. As one of the leading third‑party managers in the region, we handle office, industrial, retail, residential rental, multi‑family, and mixed‑use properties. Our focus is on developing customized solutions aligned with clients’ business goals to optimize property performance and provide peace of mind. Role Description Responsible for day‑to‑day management of commercial properties, including lease administration, tenant inquiries and relations, property maintenance, coordination of operations, budget management, financial reporting, lease negotiations, and collaboration with stakeholders to maximize client objectives and property value. Location Burnaby, BC Qualifications Proficiency in lease administration, tenant agreements, and lease negotiations. Experience in property management with a strong understanding of operational, financial, and tenant‑related aspects. Excellent communication skills for fostering positive relationships with clients, tenants, and internal teams. Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities to balance multiple responsibilities and efficiently address complex property management challenges. Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and proactively develop strategies for maximizing property performance. Background in managing commercial properties, preferably in office, industrial, or retail spaces. Post‑secondary education in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with property management software systems and tools is an asset.
