Join Marketsupport Canada, a leading national company representing top CPG brands across the country.We’re looking for an experienced Part-Time Retail Field Representative (sales focused).This is a strictly part-time (24 hours/week) position to support our client in the confectionery and candy industry across Barrie, ON and surrounding areas.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being part of a supportive national team.What You’ll DoVisit retail stores to stock shelves, merchandise, rotate inventory, and build displays.Execute planogram updates and ensure planogram (POG) compliance.Maintain and expand product distribution across assigned stores.Build incremental displays and identify opportunities to drive sales.Develop and maintain positive relationships with store management.Submit reports and updates accurately and on time using an iPad.What You BringMinimum 1 year of retail merchandising experience (grocery or confectionery preferred)Sales experience is an assetAvailability during weekday daytime business hours.Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.Comfortable using an Apple iPad for reporting.Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.What we offerCompetitive hourly wage + mileage reimbursement.Flexible schedule and independent work.Ongoing training and in-field coaching support.Be part of a team representing nationally recognized brands.Hours:Part-time — 24 hours per week during daytime business hours.Ready to join our team?Apply today and help us make Canada’s leading brands shine on the shelves
