About the Job Highway Three is seeking a motivated and technically‑minded Account Executive to support our growing sales team. A primary focus of this role will be to drive sales of the full range of Highway Three’s associated professional services and solutions. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding complex client business challenges, and architecting comprehensive solutions that deliver exceptional value. You will receive support and mentorship from senior team members, but you will own your sales cycles and customer relationships. This role is perfect for someone who is technically‑minded, collaborative, and excited by identifying business needs and working alongside diverse organizations. Sales Execution: Own the sales process from prospecting to close for assigned accounts, with guidance and support from senior team members as needed. Customer Engagement: Build relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, including technical and business contacts. Sales Proposals: Lead discovery meetings and create technically informed, client‑tailored SOWs and RFP responses using Highway Three templates. Solution Selling: Understand client challenges and propose solutions that combine Atlassian products with Highway Three’s services. Lead Development: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities. Account Management: Support ongoing customer success, including renewals and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling. Collaboration: Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met. Experience & Qualifications Sales Experience: 4+ years of sales or customer‑facing experience; technical background or education a strong asset. Experience with SaaS or enterprise software sales is an asset. Experience in BA or technical roles is an asset. Willingness to learn and grow in a consultative, solution‑oriented sales environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, STEM, or related field preferred. Extensive experience managing a CRM (e.g., Hubspot), Pipeline Management, and Sales Analytic tools. Language: French language skills are a valuable asset.
