OverviewJob Description: We are seeking an experienced professional with 5 years of experience in Capital Markets, supporting back office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and functional knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with clients, business leaders, and technology teams. The role involves managing day-to-day operational issues, translating business needs into technical specifications, and leading development and improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with end users to resolve daily operational issues.Convert functional gaps into technical specifications and plan related development activities.Maintain governance routines, ensuring documentation is updated and presented for relevant forums and meetings.Propose and implement areas of improvement based on stakeholder feedback and data analysis.Perform regular system checks, analyze system performance, and provide reports on system health and service levels.Troubleshoot and restore system processing in the event of incidents or problems.Drive platform transformation using new technologies and tools that best support business needs.Design and implement effective and high-quality solutions addressing complex business problems.Ensure delivery aligns with quality, performance, reliability, and budgetary expectations.Build automated testing and regression suites using DevOps principles.Manage a team of software engineers and developers by setting performance goals, providing technical guidance, and supporting talent recruitment and development.Requirement/Must HaveMinimum 5 years of experience in Capital Market back office operations.Strong understanding of Trade lifecycle, accounting/ledgering, and integration with third-party financial products such as FIS, Bloomberg, BoNY, etc.Proven ability to engage with clients/business and technology leadership, with excellent communication and consensus-building skills.Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.Knowledge and ExperienceSolid knowledge and experience in .NET Framework 4.0/3.5, SQL, XML, and Microsoft SQL Server 2016/2019.Strong command of MSSQL and PL/SQL stored procedures.Hands-on experience with DevOps CI/CD pipeline development/debugging.Proficiency in Windows PowerShell scripting.Experience with Control-M and OBM monitoring tools.Familiarity with integration processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Incident management experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
