If you are passionate about client‑focused care, have extensive wound care experience, and are eager to work with a variety of patients in the community, this is the opportunity for you What You Will Be Doing Care for client needs and be knowledgeable in wound care management. Experience with IV antibiotic administration, IV cannulation, chemo disconnects, CVAD care, and PORT‑A‑CATH care access/de‑access is an asset. Report and coordinate with the HCCSS (LHIN). Provide school student support. Travel between clients within the community. Create reports and updates on clients. Order supplies for patients. Build relationships and rapport with clients. Work self‑starth, well under minimal supervision. Work reliably both independently and as part of a team. Solve problems creatively and provide excellent customer service. Maintain safety for yourself and clients. Skills Needed for Success Highly energetic and enthusiastic in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Highly organized and excellent at managing schedule. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A minimum of two years of community or clinical/hospital experience preferred. Certified RN or RPN with the CNO. Certified with Standard First Aid & CPR/ AED (Level C). Current mask fit test.
