About the Company Our client is one of Canada’s leading professional services firms, recognized for its excellence and commitment to quality. They are currently seeking an experienced Document Specialist to join their After-Hours team. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work 12‑hour shifts, three days per week. Comprehensive Benefits, Pension and 3 weeks vacation Extensive Training Program to set you up for success Your Role As a Document Specialist, you will act as the technical expert for all document production and formatting needs, providing after‑hours support across various departments. Responsibilities include: Coordinating and managing document production requests, setting clear expectations, and ensuring deliverables are completed accurately, confidentially, and efficiently. Preparing, editing, and finalizing a wide range of business and legal documents using multiple formats (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and Visio), ensuring consistency, clarity, and proper formatting. Troubleshooting and resolving formatting issues, converting file types, and enhancing document usability, accessibility, and visual presentation. What You Bring Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong client service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a high‑volume, detail‑oriented environment. Exceptional accuracy and proofreading skills. Availability to work either Monday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM. Training The successful candidate will be required to attend office training during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) for approximately 3 to 6 weeks. After training, the role transitions to a fully remote schedule.
