Petroleum Cardlock Assistant (Casual) – Stettler – Central Alberta Co‑op We’re looking for an organized, customer‑focused professional with strong computer skills and attention to detail to support our Petro Division team in Stettler. As a Petroleum Cardlock Assistant, you will help ensure site operations, sales, and administration run smoothly and efficiently. Position Petroleum Cardlock Assistant – Casual (Less than 24 hours per week). Availability: Weekdays and weekends, mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service. Be familiar with point‑of‑sale system. Complete administrative duties at the location. Order parts and supplies for operations as needed. Maintain the Stettler Cardlock facility and monitor cardlock reporting. Operate a forklift to efficiently organize and maintain warehouse inventory. Coordinate and complete deliveries using a flat‑deck pickup truck and trailer, ensuring safe and timely transport of materials. Collaborate with other locations and division marketing efforts, participating in advertising responsibilities. Adhere to Central Alberta Policies, Procedures, Loss Prevention and Health and Safety programs. Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager. Qualifications High school diploma. 1–2 years of experience. Valid Class 5 licence. Must provide a driver’s abstract that meets company standards upon hire. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
