Family Law Clerk (50% Remote)Job descriptionOur Client is a Boutique Oakville based law firm focusing predominantly on Family Law. They are currently looking to add an experienced self-directed Law Clerk to their team.Your new roleIn this new role you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the law firm, including carrying out administrative services, providing support to the team. You will also be required to draft legal documents and correspondence, liaising with various clients, and reviewing incoming and outgoing mails. In your new role you will also be required to implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow.What you will need to succeedTo be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 3+ years relevant Family Law experience. You will bring with you a strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills and would be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace. You should have working knowledge of Cosmolex, Divorcemate, PCLaw, and Conveyancer and Teraview will be an asset.
