Market Delivery Coordinator Full time, Mon to Fri, 10:30am to 7pm Location: 1845 Kingsway Ave, Units 1105-1140, Port Coquitlam, BC, V3C 1T1. Salary Range: $40,000 - $46,000. Responsibilities Resolve call center and customer inquiries within defined SLAs Update Salesforce cases and urgent logs in Manhattan and Alpha systems Coordinate second attempt same-day redeliveries and time‑sensitive requests Support drivers with delivery calls, route issues, and reporting needs Complete end‑of‑day driver check‑ins and produce daily exception reports Create and distribute daily LOS reports for internal fleet and external carriers Maintain delivery‑related records (PODs, truck files, inspection reports, etc.) Research and track cargo loss claims Perform routing corrections and resolve geo‑coding issues Perform other tasks as assigned by the Transportation Manager/Supervisor Occasionally support deliveries on‑road using a commercial vehicle Qualifications High school education or GED preferred. Minimum of one year administrative experience preferred. Previous data entry experience desired. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient keyboarding and data entry skills, including Microsoft Office. Strives for excellent customer service both in person and via email or phone. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good understanding of geographic area. Professional telephone and email manner. Analytical and problem‑solving skills. Knowledge of safe work practices. Must have an active driver’s license. Must have a good driving record. Must be a team player.
