OverviewTalent Acquisition Lead role at Isaac Operations. Isaac is growing quickly, and this is an opportunity to be a key driver of that growth. As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play an important role in driving recruitment efforts across our head office and consulting teams, helping to build out strong, diverse talent pipelines. This role will require a mix of relationship-building, creativity in sourcing, and an ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process effectively. While we have a flexible working environment, the successful candidate should expect to spend an average of at least three days a week in person at our Liberty Village office.Isaac is an operational consultancy comprised of engineers, innovators and creators who work with companies across industries to simplify the complex, realize untapped potential, and uncover opportunities. We’re a collection of people who are our superpower, and we reward great work with great experiences, fostering rapid career growth and sharing the success of the business with the whole team.What you’ll doIndependently own full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing top talent, conducting screenings, facilitating the selection process, and overseeing offer negotiations to ensure a seamless hiring experienceServe as a partner and trusted advisor to our internal leaders in the hiring processDevelop and execute creative and effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent and proactively build strong pipelines to fill current and future hiring needsConduct thorough phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and alignment to IsaacCoordinate and schedule virtual and in-person interviews while providing an exceptional candidate experience that promotes our brand and valuesLeverage data and insights to analyze recruitment metrics, such as hiring funnel activity, and make data-driven decisions to constantly improve the processWork closely with our HR team to ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new hiresAssist with the coordination of virtual campus and in-person events including information sessions and career fairsAssist in the planning and execution of Selection Day, the final stage in Isaac’s hiring process which includes full days of interviews, workshops, and case studiesActively support and promote our DEI initiatives in the hiring process, including implementing best practices in recruiting and sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds, eliminating bias from screening, and championing Isaac’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusionWho you areA people person – You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting with peopleMulti-tasker – You can manage a diverse range of responsibilities and prioritize each task with allotted timelines to complete them effectively and on-timeTeam Player – You love working in a collaborative environment and building strong working relationships with business leaders and peersResults-Driven – You are motivated when given clear targets & deliverables to work towardsOrganized – You’re always one step ahead and are able to prioritize your work to meet all required deadlinesYou’re a go-getter – When given a task, you are able to run with it and complete effectively and on-timeA great communicator – You bring energy and positivity into interactions with internal and external stakeholdersYou’re adaptable – You are comfortable working in an ever-changing environment, adjusting to shifting priorities, and reacting to changes in real-timeYou’re looking to grow – This is a role that has the potential to grow alongside our business and you are excited to grow along with itPassionate – You have a strong passion for recruitment & candidate experienceStrong project manager – You ask the right questions to understand the vision, involve the appropriate stakeholders, and can manage a task list that leads to the most efficient and effective outcomeYou’re awesome – You are an interesting person that people seek to spend time with because you offer energy, positivity, great advice, and engaging conversation.
