People like youJob DescriptionCustomer Supply Chain Associates work in collaboration with sales, logistics, plants and production planners to manage and fulfill orders. CSCAs work directly with multiple customers and territory sales reps to provide the highest level of customer support.WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?Competitive salary from $50,000 to $52,000Competitive health and benefit planCompetitive matched retirement savings programThe opportunity to join a continuously growing organization with focus on Diversity and InclusionThe opportunity to work with an industry leader in manufacturing.WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;Order management including monitoring, tracking and updating shipping dates using multiple excel spreadsheets including a comprehensive dashboard for daily actionsConstant and proactive communication to internal and external customers regarding order and shipment statusDevelop strong customer relationships, which may include some travel across North America for customer/site visits for the purpose of understanding their businesses, addressing any concerns where possible and highlighting potential issues and possible solutionsCollaborate with multiple internal departments to ensure a smooth order process by problem solving to expedite as required using various data sourcesNavigate a complex supply chain network consisting of 12 plants and 2 distribution centersUse excel to provide daily customer reportsUtilize multiple systems for order entry and to verify customer orders for accuracy, load weight, pallet count, special considerations, etc.Leading projects using structured problem solving methodology (Lean Six Sigma)OUR IDEAL CANDIDATEHigh level of attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy of order entry and reportsStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to problem solve and “think outside the box”Good organization skillsAbility to handle a high volume of emails and ordersStrong/proven analytical skillsCollege or University degree/diploma in Business Administration or Operations/Inventory Control/Logistics/Supply Chain preferred1+ years of experience in a similar role with direct experience managing orders and customer relationshipsPractical experience with MS Office (intermediate excel skills) and detail oriented research abilitiesStrong customer focus and excellent relationship building skillsJDE experience is an assetBenefits of Employment: IKO recognizes that its success is due to the strength of its employees.
