As a product manager in Programmable Voice, you will be responsible for crafting delightful customer experiences and owning the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for this high-volume, analytics-driven problem space. You will work closely with Product Managers, Support, Sales Engineering and other frontline customer stakeholders to triage needs, diagnose issues, and build scalable solutions. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the tableRequired:5+ years of experience as a Product Manager for a modern technology company.Experience using, building or managing high-volume analytics tools, software or platforms.Experience writing requirements for a software feature or solution for internal or external customers.Demonstrated experience working with big data sets and using tools such as SQL queries, sheets, or similar.Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding; able to roll up sleeves to get the job done.Fluent spoken and written English.Track record of driving impact in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment.Ability to influence across functions and foster collaboration.Excellent communication skills across all mediums (visual, written, verbal).Experience writing code and collaborating with engineers on hard technical problems.Fluency in the conversational AI space, with a focus on voice interactions.Experience independently testing hypotheses and quantifying impact by querying internal data sets.Experience with media communication technologies, including real-time or streaming in the audio and/or video domains.Understanding of distributed (cloud-scale) systems architectures.Experience with Agile/SCRUM and globally distributed teams.Experience with direct sales, marketing, and defining pricing/packaging.Experience with telephony, telecom or other high-volume communications infrastructure. LocationThis role is remote, but not eligible to be hired in San Francisco, CA, Oakland, CA, San Jose, CA, or the surrounding areas. TravelApproximately 10% travel is anticipated to build relationships with customers and colleagues. Benefits include health care insurance, 401(k), paid sick time, paid personal time off, and paid parental leave.The final starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
