What you will do Conduct clinical assessments and interventions as an Occupational Therapist in a paediatric setting Apply knowledge of child development, neuro‑development and childhood occupations Implement and evaluate treatment plans as an autonomous practitioner Create detailed reports for use by multiple agencies Utilise a range of therapeutic techniques, including both standardised and non‑standardised assessments Communicate effectively with clients, offering empathy and reassurance Develop and implement therapeutic programmes, collaborating with school staff and caregivers Supervise students and support or junior staff To excel in this role, you must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and hold a valid driving licence.
