You will help to solve some of the most complex security challenges that exist today.You will probe systems for weaknesses, monitor networks for breaches, and respond to incidents. You will be part of the best cybersecurity team in the country, with advanced threat detection and network defenses to keep consumers and businesses safe. Be part of making Canada more secure. Key Responsibilities Assist in the daily management of IAM platforms (Azure AD, Active Directory, Midpoint, etc.). Implement user account provisioning procedures (internal and external to Bell). Manage access review campaigns and participate in associated escalations. Participate in the integration of applications into the IAM system (SSO, MFA, etc.). Monitor and report access anomalies and contribute to their resolution. Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to improve access controls. Maintain up-to-date IAM process documentation. Support internal and external audits related to identity security. Critical Qualifications Degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in IAM or information systems security. Knowledge of IAM protocols and standards (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, etc.). Proficiency with administration tools such as PowerShell, or a willingness to learn them. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to security issues. Bilingualism (French/English) is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications CIAM certification or equivalent. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments – Excel, Word, etc. Experience with access governance tools (SailPoint, CyberArk, Midpoint, ServiceNow, etc.).
