Job Summary The Senior Director of Global Treasury reports to the EVP, Global Finance & Technology and oversees treasury management across all entities within the Apotex Group worldwide. This leadership role ensures compliance with the Apotex credit agreement, prepares and monitors treasury activities, manages cash‑flow projections and variance reporting, and maintains ongoing compliance with corporate policies and internal controls. Job Responsibilities Lead the Global Treasury department within Corporate Finance. Ensure treasury activities comply with all policies, governance standards, and internal controls. Interpret and enforce the terms of the Global Apotex credit agreement, preparing and presenting cash‑flow and financial reports as required. Produce covenant calculations and related documents for financial reporting and forecast performance against benchmarks. Lead monthly reporting on debt and liquidity positions, forecast covenant compliance, and provide liquidity visibility by jurisdiction. Develop and maintain detailed cash‑management reports, dashboards, and monitoring tools at both entity and consolidated levels. Oversee day‑to‑day banking activities, manage banking relationships, and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets. Ensure daily compliance with policies, providing quality services to internal and external stakeholders. Develop and implement effective cash‑forecast models at both entity and consolidated levels. Collaborate with budgeting teams to align cash‑flow projections with budgets and forecasting models. Coordinate with financial reporting teams to ensure accurate treasury postings. Provide leadership and direction to affiliates for accurate reporting. Conduct performance conversations with employees, coaching and ensuring goal alignment. Promote a culture of trust and employee development, embodying Apotex core values. Utilize networks to attract, hire, and onboard talent consistently with company values. Ensure team adherence to compliance programs, policies, and procedures. Perform any other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Education: Minimum of a BA or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. CPA certification. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including concise recommendation articulation. Intrinsic curiosity and attention to detail. Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities. Experience: 10+ years of progressive relevant experience. Minimum of 5 years of treasury leadership experience within global organizations, managing multi‑currency and complex transactions.
