About the Role As the first member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will be a key pillar of our growth in 2026 and beyond. You will help us build a deep bench of specialists across a range of digital marketing skillsets including: design, web development, content marketing, and paid ads. Roles And Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization Building and maintain a robust candidate pipeline from various channels; passively sourced/outbound, social media, networking and referrals Strong communication and feedback loops with hiring managers on health of pipelines, progress, challenges and market conditions on a weekly basis Deliver a consistently distinct and positive experience that reflects Takeoff's values Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices, market conditions and competitor activity Manage 5-10 job requisitions at a time, while working with purpose and urgency to all You’ll Need To Have 3+ years Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment, ideally with performance marketing agency experience Experience in recruiting for Creative Design, Web Dev, SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Creative, Marketing Ops/Rev Ops, etc. is a must Create unrivaled sourcing plans (by role, level and location) to identify top talent, including but not limited to sourcing databases, advanced Boolean searches, networking events, market research/insights, Industry/function outreach, and other creative tools/platforms is a must Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, with the ability to leverage technology to increase efficiency and maximize output Experience recruiting in US and International markets In-depth knowledge and proven track record of recruiting strategies, techniques, and best practices, with a track record of successfully filling high-volume positions, from entry level to Senior and hard to fill positions Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, competitive and driven to achieve both personal and team objectives Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Basic knowledge of compliance and legal requirements across multiple countries 100% Work from home, with flexible work hours and schedule 28 days PTO annually + all US public holidays off $2,000 sign on bonus to use towards computer equipment Health insurance stipend of $10k/year #J-18808-Ljbffr
