Position Overview The Partner Growth Manager (PGM) is a strategic relationship owner responsible for the long‑term success, retention, and growth of SWG's partner portfolio. This role serves as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring they receive a proactive, high‑quality experience that aligns their business objectives with SWG's programs, content, and execution capabilities. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, building deep partner relationships while driving measurable business outcomes through renewals and expansion opportunities. Reports to: President Employment Type: Full Time Location: Remote Key Responsibilities Partner Relationship Management Own end-to-end partner relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion Lead comprehensive onboarding processes that set partners up for long‑term success Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned partner accounts Conduct regular check‑ins and maintain proactive communication cadence Build deep understanding of each partner's business goals, challenges, and success metrics Strategic Planning & Execution Facilitate structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that demonstrate value and identify opportunities Develop and execute proactive renewal strategies 90‑120 days in advance of contract end dates Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Business Development Directors (BDD) to close new business Translate partner objectives into clear, actionable plans with defined timelines and deliverables Monitor partner health using internal scoring tools and engagement metrics Performance & Insights Analyze partner performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations Track key metrics including engagement, ROI, and program effectiveness Create regular reporting on partner health, risks, and opportunities Benchmark partner performance and identify best practices for replication Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with CREATE, Media, SW360, Editorial, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless execution Ensure all teams have clear understanding of partner scopes, timelines, and deliverables Act as partner advocate internally, representing their needs and priorities Identify and elevate risks early, coordinating mitigation plans across teams Facilitate alignment meetings to keep all stakeholders informed and accountable Systems & Documentation Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records including partner history, interactions, and opportunities Document key decisions, action items, and outcomes from partner meetings Contribute to process improvements and best practice documentation Ensure compliance with internal processes and partner contract terms Required Qualifications Experience 3‑5 years of experience in account management, customer success, marketing, or client services Proven track record of managing B2B client relationships and driving retention Experience conducting business reviews and presenting to senior stakeholders Demonstrated success achieving renewal and expansion targets Relationship Building: Natural ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand partner goals and translate them into actionable strategies Organization: Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple partners and competing deadlines Analytical: Comfortable working with data to identify trends, measure success, and inform decisions Reliability: High degree of accountability and follow‑through on commitments Problem‑Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they escalate Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across teams and influence without authority Technical Requirements Proficiency with CRM systems Solid understanding of LinkedIn Comfortable with data analysis tools and creating reports/presentations Experience with project management tools preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience in agriculture, media marketing, or publishing industries Familiarity with B2B industries Background in marketing operations or program management Experience with partner enablement or training programs Success Metrics Renewal Rate: Percentage of partners renewing their partnerships Expansion Revenue: Growth in existing partner spend year‑over‑year Partner Health Score: Overall engagement and satisfaction metrics Delivery Quality: On‑time, on‑scope execution and partner satisfaction ratings QBR Quality: Completeness, insights, and actionable outcomes from business reviews Cross‑Team Alignment: Effectiveness of communication and collaboration across departments What We Offer Competitive salary and performance‑based incentives Professional development opportunities and industry conference attendance Collaborative team environment with industry‑leading colleagues Opportunity to make meaningful impact in the global seed industry About Working at Seed World Group At SWG, you'll join a team passionate about advancing the seed industry through innovative partnerships and world‑class content.
