Influencer Marketing Manager - Remote Join to apply for the Influencer Marketing Manager - Remote role at Twine This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Influencer Manager eager to work within a dynamic, fast-paced digital agency environment. The role centers on managing a small team dedicated to a high-profile client in the fashion sector, overseeing all aspects of influencer and talent management. You will collaborate closely with agency teams and liaise directly with the client, ensuring seamless project delivery and the highest standards of content execution. The position offers the chance to develop and refine talent management skills while contributing to innovative, social-first campaigns for a blue-chip brand. Deliverables Oversee daily talent management operations, including talent selection, outreach, contracting, content briefing, sign-off, and posting management Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, influencers, and agencies as needed Ensure timely and high-quality content delivery from all talents Provide ongoing project progress and delivery reports to the client Develop and optimize deliverables, identifying creative ways to enhance content and campaign performance Manage project workflows and establish best practices for day-to-day operations Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience as a talent manager in a digital-first agency Proven experience working with creators and influencers Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram platforms Ability to manage multiple creators and projects simultaneously Skilled in working with briefs, production documents, and schedules Passion for social media and up-to-date with creator marketing trends Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, quick-thinking, and thrives in fast-paced environments Effective team collaborator and communicator Experience with task management tools and talent booking processes About Twine Twine is a leading freelance marketplace connecting top freelancers, consultants, and contractors with companies needing creative and tech expertise.
