Arobas Personnel is looking for a Functional Analyst (SAP) for a contract position with one of its clients located in Montreal.*Remote- 100% remote with occasional travel, regardless of office location *Your day-to-day:Support business and PMO teams in demand management and project prioritization.Participate in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT projects.Contribute to system design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.Develop and maintain functional documentation including specifications, analysis, configuration, and testing deliverables.Perform peer reviews of design standards and documentation.Ensure smooth transition and handover from the project delivery team to the application support team.Assist in troubleshooting complex support and maintenance issues.Contribute to product, tool, and methodology decisions while keeping up with industry trends.Collaborate with business stakeholders and SAP advisors/partners.Support organizational change management efforts, including user training, impact analysis, and job aids.Required skills:Experience in large-scale or international projects (10,000+ users).University degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).3–4 years of hands-on SAP GTS configuration experience (key requirement).7+ years of experience with SAP Logistics modules (MM, SD, WM).Knowledge of compliance management, customs management, and trade preference management.Understanding of interfaces, APIs, and microservices.Interest in international trade and commerce.Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, evolving business environments.Assets:Experience with third-party integrations with SAP.Knowledge of UML, database queries, and Agile methodologies.Understanding of S/4HANA processes and ETL tools.Knowledge of import/export and customs processes.Background in manufacturing, transportation, automotive, or aerospace sectors.Experience working with multi-site and international organizations.Key competencies:Agility: Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced, and cross-functional environments.Adaptability: Thrives in shifting priorities and changing business contexts.Autonomy: Works independently with minimal supervision and takes ownership of deliverables.Entrepreneurial mindset: Motivated by challenges and focused on achieving results.Languages: Bilingual (French and English) or English-speaking. #J-18808-Ljbffr
