OverviewInterior Health has an exciting Permanent Full-Time opportunity now available for a Team Leader, Mental Health Adult Short Term Assessment and Treatment (ASTAT) at the Nelson Health Centre.Join to apply for the Team Leader | Mental Health & Substance Use (ASTAT) role at Interior Health Authority.ResponsibilitiesSupervise the new multi-disciplinary Complex Care team. The team will work at the site of the residence and will outreach from there.Provide day-to-day operation and clinical supervision of staff in the specific programs.Provide program support, liaise with community partners and mentor and support clinical staff in the program.Provide line leadership, supervision, clinical support, service delivery problem solving to multidisciplinary Mental Health & Substance Use teams, and direct client care as required.Deliver high-quality, client-focused programs across the continuum of community services and provide liaison to local agencies and other service providers.Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate clinical practice to ensure quality client care outcomes.Scheduling InformationShift times are from 08:30 to 16:30 hours.
