We also offer a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 cash bonus, paid immediately upon completion of U-Haul Equipment Inspection and Verification through our 1-2-3 Punch Certification Program at retail stores.U-Haul offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement.Assistant General Manager ResponsibilitiesRun daily operations of center in General Manager’s absence.Make moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources to appropriate projects.Manage and assign team members to ensure customers receive an excellent first impression and the highest quality of care.Perform miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches, brake controllers, etc.Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentDriver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving recordLeadership experience in any formCustomer service experienceAbility to work a variety of shiftsWork EnvironmentThe work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts, machines, fumes or irritant chemicals.
