This Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Account Manager to join our Implementation team. In this role, you will manage the process of onboarding new clients from a fund accounting perspective, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform. As the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, you will develop a deep understanding of their governing documents and fund structures, addressing any challenges that arise to provide clients with the best possible first impression. Your strong background in Private Equity and fund structures, combined with your ability to oversee complex transitions, will be critical to delivering a seamless and efficient process. While working closely with clients to understand their needs, you will focus on coordinating the transition to ensure all details are accurately handled. Once the funds are operational, you will transition the client relationship to our Operations team, setting clear expectations for ongoing support and collaboration. Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 3 years in fund administration or a closely related area. Financial Expertise: Strong understanding of financial statements, particularly for hedge funds or private equity, with exposure to various fund structures and financial products. Client Onboarding & Transitions: Hands‑on experience with client onboarding, fund transitions, and new fund setups within financial services. Fund Operations: Proven ability to manage complex fund structures and processes, including capital calls, distributions, waterfall calculations, and NAV calculations. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on client relationship management and satisfaction. Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple client transitions simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy. Quality Assurance: Skilled in reviewing and approving fund deliverables, consistently achieving 99% accuracy. Team Collaboration: Collaborative team player with experience working across multiple locations to ensure productivity and alignment. Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting standards and regulations such as GAAP or IFRS. We want to give our colleagues the best start possible.
