Our GuidanceResources Unit telephonically assists thousands of callers each week, providing personalized guidance on issues regarding behavioral and emotional health, family, wellness, or other personal matters. Guidance Consultants conduct a holistic consultation and provide access to all the resources that meet the client's needs. Given the diversity of our clients, the variety of issues they face, and the number of requests for assistance we receive, this is a unique opportunity to use your clinical expertiseResponsibilitiesConducts a comprehensive telephonic clinical intake and assessment.Provides crisis stabilization to clients as neededMaintains complete and accurate documentation of cases within our clinical databaseDemonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the product portfolio (including EAP, managed care, and work-life programs)Identifies appropriate resources for clients' presenting issuesEducates clients about services, eligibility and referral processes with a positive and professional approachEducates network providers regarding ComPsych proceduresDemonstrates ComPsych's strong client focus and promise to over-deliver on customer expectationsOther duties as assignedAbility to work one of two scheduled shifts: (1) Mon - Fri 11:00am - 7:30pm or (2) Mon - Fri 3:00pm - 11:30pmQualificationsFluently bilingual in French and English is 100% requiredMinimum of Bachelor's in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a Behavioral Heath field.Superior active listening skills and a demonstrated ability to be empathetic to all client concernsOutstanding customer service skillsClinical assessment experience in the following areas: mental health, chemical dependency and crisis stabilizationSound clinical judgment and critical thinking skills in order to resolve client issues effectivelyExperience working with clients in crisisStrong attention to detail and ability to multi-taskExcellent organizational skills, highly self-motivated, and dependableStable work history requiredIntermediate computer skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
