Job Description Job Description Jeff Jacobs Insurance Agency is looking to fill a permanent full-time position. As one of the highest rated insurance agencies in Lethbridge, we pride ourselves in providing an exceptional experience for every one of our clients, and we hire people who share the same passion. This position would start out at the reception desk with potential opportunity for advancement to a sales position in the future. Previous experience is not required. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Occasional Saturdays from 9am-3pm. All statutory holidays off. Responsibilities Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner Assist clients with their day-to-day insurance needs such as accepting payments, making minor changes to policies, sending pink cards, and answering questions Complete beginning of day activities Be quick to answer the phone and transfer clients to the appropriate department Identify sales opportunities, generate leads and send to the sales team for quotes Document all client communications accurately Requirements Must pass background screening Must be able to obtain General Level 1 Insurance license (takes approx. 1 month) Strong work ethic and a drive to succeed in a high performing environment Positive attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic computer skills Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills Ability to speak and conduct business in both English and Low German is an asset Benefits Great workplace culture Paid vacation and wellness days RRSP contribution match Health benefit Guaranteed base salary plus commission and bonuses #J-18808-Ljbffr
