Manage trial orders, timelines, and early-stage supply stability.Supplier Evaluation: Monitor supplier performance and attend review meetings. Document issues and drive continuous improvement efforts.Inventory & KPI Management: Optimize item settings and maintain inventory service levels. Support replenishment, stock outs, and cost control initiatives.Vendor Management: Build vendor relationships and negotiate cost/value improvements. Resolve issues and manage contracts with Purchasing Supervisor.Organizational Engagement: Collaborate cross-functionally and model high-performance culture.
