We’re looking for a Sr. Technical Product Manager to lead our Data Platform team and make our dream of truly personalized educational experiences a reality, one step at a time. This role involves working closely with other product teams, engineering, analytics, data science and cross-functional teams across the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, a deep understanding of agile product development, and a passion for delivering impactful data solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the data platform, aligning with overall business objectives Define product goals, KPIs, and metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility Manage the product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, and ongoing enhancements Validate features through testing and user feedback, and iterate based on findings Amplify the impact of other teams by empowering them with the right data to truly personalize the product experience Ensure the platform supports robust data governance, security, and compliance requirements Collaborate with data engineers and architecture to optimize data integration, quality, and accessibility Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, provide updates, and gain alignment on priorities You Will Be customer obsessed and have a clear vision on how the right data leveraged at the right time will bring value for our customers and differentiate our product in the market Lead the development of data-infused product offerings for both internal and external customers, and encouraging and enabling other teams to do the same Develop a long-term strategy for our data product offerings, including exploring potential integrations with 3rd party ecosystems and uncovering new opportunities to drive revenue Support our engineering team in building a robust, scalable and secure data platform that serves as the foundation and source of truth for the business You are Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a technical field Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data platforms and scalable solutions. Experience in developing data-driven platforms for personalized experiences across various channels and managing large-scale data workflows is a must Experience in building systems that orchestrate and execute complex data workflows is a must Agile & Experimental Mindset: Embraces a truly agile dev environment, building products in small experimental iterations to validate ideas and deliver value as quickly as possible, measuring its performance and using the results to inform next steps Data & Analytical Prowess: Highly curious and analytical mindset.
