Commercial Sales & Business Development Manager The Commercial Sales & Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence. This role combines strategic business development and hands‑on retail sales management, overseeing a team to meet sales targets through both direct and indirect sales channels. The position plays a key role in identifying customer needs, building strong client relationships, and positioning the company as a leader in the construction industry. Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to target both retail and business customers, ensuring the achievement of revenue goals. Team Leadership and Sales Oversight: Oversee and manage the sales team, providing training, guidance, and motivation to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, assess their needs, and suggest suitable products to generate future sales opportunities. Market Expansion and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including exploring new markets, prospecting potential clients, and expanding sales channels. Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets. Qualifications University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 7–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or retail management. In‑depth knowledge of sales strategies and business development best practices. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for client engagement and relationship building. Ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
