Sales & Education Coordinator - Field Sales Travel: Daily commute to stores within the assigned territory (Tuesday – Saturday). About the Role Saie is seeking a passionate and results‑driven Sales and Education Coordinator to join our Field Sales team. This role is responsible for driving retail sales and delivering exceptional in‑store education across a small to mid‑sized territory. The ideal candidate combines artistry, leadership, and strategic execution to elevate brand presence and deliver measurable business growth within Sephora stores. This position will oversee the Provinces of British Columbia and Alberta. Key Responsibilities Achieve assigned retail sales goals within the designated territory. Maintain a consistent in-store presence (Tuesday–Saturday), with one to two office days per month. Drive product sales through personalized consultations, artistry expertise, and client conversion within Sephora environments. Build and sustain strong, collaborative relationships with store teams, brand partners, and internal Saie team members. Deliver engaging, hands‑on education and training sessions to enhance artistry skills and product knowledge. Support the planning, execution, and follow‑up of in‑store events, training, and product launches. Uphold visual merchandising standards, including tester maintenance and gondola presentation, ensuring brand excellence at retail. Provide regular business updates and insights to leadership to help inform strategy and improve performance. Complete administrative tasks, including weekly territory analyses, budget tracking, travel coordination, and communication reports. Recruit, schedule, and oversee freelance Selling Specialists to support field initiatives and events. Qualifications 2–5 years of cosmetic retail and customer service experience; Sephora experience required. 1+ years of experience in a Sales and Education Coordinator or similar field‑based role. 2+ years of hands‑on makeup artistry experience. Deep passion for clean, sustainable beauty, with the ability to represent Saie’s mission and values authentically. Skilled in makeup application, product recommendation, and shade matching across diverse skin tones. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills with the ability to educate, inspire, and motivate retail teams. Highly self‑motivated, professional, and adaptable, with a positive and engaging presence. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and travel throughout the assigned territory. Comfortable lifting and transporting event materials, including collateral, pop‑up tables, large banners, and gratis boxes (up to 25–30 lbs).
